Delivery dates
We aim to deliver on the day requested but because we use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries we cannot guarantee this,  Generally we find 95% are delivered on the requested day.  If you require a guaranteed date of delivery then we use DPD couriers, and for an extra charge of £6 we can guarantee delivery (normally before lunchtime).  Most deliveries that are local to us (Eastbourne, East Sussex) will receive a direct delivery by hand.

Changes to your order
If you need to make changes to your order, eith one off or subscription, you can do so by emailing hello@thebloomfactory.co.uk.

Taking a break or holiday in your subscription
This is no problem and you can make short-term changes to your  subscription plan by emailing hello@thebloomfactory.co.uk.

If you choose a subscription plan then the payment will occur on the same day each month (or first working day thereafter), and shortly before the delivery is due. We never store or have access to your credit/debit card information which is held with the secure PayPal and Worldpay.

The price shown on the website is the price including VAT.

We deliver to all addresses within the UK. Sorry, but at this time we do not deliver outside the UK.  Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses.

Our flowers are normally sent out in bud to ensure they will last longer with the recipient. We have found our deliverers to be first class - but if things do go wrong, for any reason, and you are not delighted with the service and quality we offer please let us know and we will do everything we can to put things right.

We reserve the right to substitute certain items when the advertised items are unavailable. Due to the seasonal nature of flowers this does happen from time to time but we always aim to substitute with a product of equal or higher value and quality.

Bad weather;  In the UK this sometimes happens.  We can take no responsibility for our delivery partners who are unable to deliver due to adverse weather.  We take every precaution, and we try to ensure that deliveries are managed appropriately throughout these times.  We reserve the right to alter delivery times to take account of these conditions, but if we do so you will be notified in advance wherever possible.
