We take every care to ship only the best quality items. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you believe the product you receive was in poor condition when it left us, please email email@example.com sending a photograph of the item.
Please contact us prior to returning any goods. We are happy to accept returned, undamaged goods and offer a 7 day refund policy. Postage will not be refunded unless we have failed in our duty of care. We cannot refund return postage where a customer has changed their mind. All items must be in their original packaging where possible and be in the same condition as when they left our premises.
