Refunds

These conditions apply for any items bought on the website for The Bloom Factory – www.thebloomfactory.com

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to help.

Our aim is to offer a brilliant service, great prices and the best quality all the time.  However, it is possible that once in a while we get it wrong - when we do we try to put things right.

Flowers are by nature perishable, so complaints and requests for replacements/refunds etc have to be considered on a case by case basis and at our discretion. These should be forwarded to customerservices@thebloomfactory.co.uk within 2 days of receipt.  A photo will help but is not essential.

Please bear in mind that we do from time to time substitute some flowers for others of the same beauty and value (or better) due to the seasonal nature of flowers, and depending on what is available on any particular day.

When our courier delivers, if the recipient is out and the gift has been left in accordance with instructions, then we can take no responsibility for loss.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason we will offer a refund, or arrange a later delivery.

Most of our flowers are sent ‘in-bud’ to ensure maximum life and enjoyment for the recipient.

We use Royal Mail 24 (first class) for most deliveries.  Our experience is that approximately 95% of deliveries arrive the next day, but this is not guaranteed.  To guarantee next day deliveries, we use DPD couriers when requested and there is an additional charge of £6. Due to the nature of this delivery service, we are unable to specify the time of the day that they will be delivered.

Please note we only deliver to UK postcodes, and not PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.  

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping to the manufacturer/supplier will be deducted from your refund.
