    Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions.

    • Where can you deliver to?
      • At this stage we deliver to any UK postal address.  This includes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of Scottish highlands and Islands. We cannot deliver outside the UK at this time, and we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses.  If you are sending flowers to a business address, or any premises with a communal front entrance (like a hospital etc), please ensure that there will be someone available to accept delivery of flowers. 

    • How much does delivery cost?
      • There is no charge for our standard delivery 'Royal Mail 24'.  In our experience we have found that around 95% of flowers are delivered the next day, and that is our aim.  However, if you require a guaranteed next day delivery then this is available via DPD Couriers for an additional charge of £6.95 (for delivery before 1pm).

    • Do you offer same day delivery
      • Sorry, we are unable to offer this service at this time. 

    • Can I leave delivery instructions as the recipient may be out.
      • Yes of course - on the purchase page there is a drop down box for this very purpose. 

    • Can I include a message with the flowers?
      • Yes you can! All orders include a personal message which will be printed into a greeting card and put in an envelope and delivered with the flowers. You can complete this on the checkout page - don't forget to use this to say who they are being sent by!  

    • When will payment be taken from my account.
      • Just before dispatch.  And if you are using a subscription service then payment will be taken on the same day each month (or next working day thereafter). 

    • Can I order in advance?
      • If you want to book flowers in advance to ensure you don't forget then you certainly can!  Just choose a delivery date on the payment page and that is the day the delivery will arrive. We will not take payment until just before dispatch.

    • Can I order from overseas?
      • Yes, you can order online from anywhere!  All payments are via PayPal or WorldPay and will be in GBP. 

    • Do I need to have an account with you?
      • No - you can 'guest checkout' via PayPal.  However we prefer it if you do so we can keep in touch with great regular offers, and to remind you of when important dates are coming up. 

    • Do bouquets arrive fully arranged?
      • Some and some.  It is important that we ensure the flowers are well packed to protect them in transit, so a number of selections arrive unarranged to ensure they are received in the best possible condition.  This will also help maximise vase life in the home.

    • What happens if the recipient is out?
      • On the payment page you can leave instructions with that to do with flowers should the recipient be out. 

    • Where do your flowers come from?
      • We select our flowers form the best sources available - directly from growers, from the flower auctions in the Netherlands and Covent Garden Flower Markets, as well as elsewhere. Our absolute priority is to ensure we have the best possible flowers available anywhere. 

    • Can I open a corporate account
      • Yes!  We offer a variety of different services for businesses and other organisations - ranging from Employee/Member Discounts to Customer Apology Schemes. Contact us at hello@thebloomfactory.co.uk with your requirements and we'll be in touch straight away!
