At this stage we deliver to any UK postal address.  This includes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of Scottish Highlands and Islands. We cannot deliver outside the UK at this time, and we cannot deliver to PO Boxes and BFPO addresses.  If you are sending flowers to a business address, or any premises with a communal front entrance (like a hospital etc), please ensure that there will be someone available to accept delivery of flowers. …

There is no charge for our standard delivery 'Royal Mail 24'.  In our experience we have found that around 95% of flowers are delivered the next day, and that is our aim.  However, if you require a guaranteed next day delivery then this is available via DPD Couriers for an additional charge of £6.95 (for delivery before 1pm).

Yes you can! All orders include a personal message which will be printed into a greeting card and put in an envelope and delivered with the flowers. You can complete this on the checkout page - don't forget to use this to say who they are being sent by!

If you want to book flowers in advance to ensure you don't forget then you certainly can!  Just choose a delivery date on the payment page and that is the day the delivery will arrive. We will not take payment until just before dispatch.

Some and some. It is important that we ensure the flowers are well packed to protect them in transit, so a number of selections arrive unarranged to ensure they are received in the best possible condition. This will also help maximise vase life in the home.
